How long do preorders take?

Most preorder items have an estimated lead time of 6–8 weeks unless otherwise noted on the product page. We'll keep you updated along the way and notify you as soon as your order is ready.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Free local pickup is available at The Parkville Needlepoint House in historic downtown Parkville, Missouri. We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We happily ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Do I need experience to take a class?

Not at all! Many of our classes are designed specifically for beginners, and we're always happy to help you learn.

What should I bring?

Unless otherwise noted, all class materials are included. If you're attending Stitch Club or Beyond the Basics, simply bring your current needlepoint project.

What is your cancellation policy for classes?

Because class supplies and seating are prepared in advance, class registrations are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.

I'm brand new. Where should I start?

We love beginners! Stop by the shop or sign up for one of our beginner classes, and we'll help you choose the perfect project, fibers, and supplies.

Do you offer finishing?

Yes! We offer professional finishing services for ornaments, stand-ups, acrylics, pillows, stockings, and more. Stop by the shop for pricing and estimated turnaround times.

Can you help me choose fibers?

Absolutely! Fiber selection is one of our favorite parts of the process. We'll help you find the perfect colors and textures for your project.

Do you accept custom canvas requests?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces when our schedule allows. Contact us to discuss your idea, and we'll let you know if it's a good fit.

You'll find us in a historic pink house on Main Street in downtown Parkville, Missouri.

Yes! Free street parking and nearby public parking are available throughout downtown Parkville.
